LFP WORLD CHALLENGE SPAIN EXPERIENCE

On behalf of the Spain Professional Football League (LFP) and ICEX Spain Trade & Investment, the Economic and Commercial Offices of the Embassy of Spain to the United States are pleased to invite you as a distinguished guest to the LFP WORLD CHALLENGE SPAIN EXPERIENCE to be held on 27 July 2014 in San Francisco.

The objective of the LFP WORLD CHALLENGE is to combine business and gastronomic activities with a major sports event through an international tournament with the participation of some of La Liga’s football teams.

The USA soccer match will be played in San Francisco’s Candlestick Park, with the participation of Atletico de Madrid, current champion of the Spanish La Liga, and San Jose Earthquakes.

Prior to this match you will have the opportunity to enjoy the LFP SPAIN EXPERIENCE CREATIVE TALENT, a meeting point of the best of Spanish sports, gastronomy, design, Spanish shirt-films show, universities and building of green sports facilities.

This event will showcase a tapas menu designed by the Chef Mat Schuster from CANELA BISTRO, paired with a Spanish wines, cheeses and olives tasting.

The proposed programme for the LFP WORLD CHALLENGE SPAIN EXPERIENCE is:

• 11:00 am – 15:00 pm: Showcase featuring Spanish companies
• 11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Seminar – Building Green Sports Facilities
• 11:30 am – 14:00 pm: Gastronomy Event
• 16:00 pm: Soccer match between Atletico de Madrid and San Jose Earthquakes
