In the contemporary world, mental health has emerged as a concern of vital importance. As technology continues to transform our society, it also presents opportunities and challenges in the realm of mental health.
This event aims to examine in detail how technology is shaping two fundamental aspects of our contemporary society: the mental health of adolescents and the dynamics of remote work. In a world where technology is increasingly intertwined with our lives, it is essential to understand how these trends influence our well-being and how we work.

In the end, we hope this gathering inspires us to take concrete steps to address the challenges posed and to harness the opportunities offered by technology in a responsible and healthy manner.
Jose Antonio Gutierrez Rojas, a very prestigious psychologist will visit us and share his experience. He graduated from the Camilo José Cela University of Madrid. Specialized in management techniques and applications for human resources. He has a master’s degree in psychopathology and health from UNED. He is a “Family Counselor” at the University of Navarra. In addition, he is an expert in psychology of family education, in psychological strategies in early education and in personality disorders. He has worked as a business psychologist in HR (in Spain and Mexico), and as a psychologist in educational centers (primary, secondary and high school). He has been an associate professor at the University of La Rioja (UNIR). Collaborator at EsRadio. He currently works in his psychology practice.
